Weekend Mining ... and still recovering

Morning and it has been a long weekend in real life. Picked the son up from college, so several hour trip there, stayed overnight, and several hours back on Friday so that tempered my weekend activities a bit. But that is okay, need to take a break from gaming/work to take care of the family.

Returned yesterday and was able to hit the game again. I kept doing the plan, dock up if intelligence channels indicate possible neutrals nearby. Don't go AFK with fleet out, etc... but I also got back into mining ice a bit in system. Not much due to threats to Rorquals from a roaming bomber group.

That being said, I later on fleeted up and hit the large ore anomaly (which yielded more than 500 million ISK by itself). Cleaned it out and contracted it over to the corporation. But while doing that I got my first official kill on Yucca. Nothing great as I only got in on the pod but I sortied out the Heavy Interdiction Cruiser and a Praxis. I did bubble the exit to our system to keep them from leaving as a corporation member scanned down a Wormhole signature in system where they were hanging out. Teamwork.

In conclusion, nice to be home. Good to be mining. Stay safe and fly dangerous out there.
